Reports & Exports
PremiumGenerate encrypted PDFs/CSVs for insurance, estate, or compliance records in minutes.
The problem this solves
The moment an inventory is needed is usually the worst moment to build one: after a burglary, a fire, or a death in the family. Insurers want serial numbers, photos, and values; executors need to know what exists and where it is; some owners need a clean list for a move or a legal review. ArmoryAtlas produces those documents from the records you keep day to day, and includes an executor workflow so a trusted person can obtain the inventory when you cannot.
What you get
- •Insurance summary PDF including photos and valuations
- •CSV exports with filters by type/date for audits and backups
- •Executor access workflow and one‑time export support
- •Printable inventory sheets for safes and cataloging
- •Backup and restore guidance
Insurance summary in one tap
The insurance PDF lists every firearm and accessory with serial number, purchase date, purchase price, current value, and photos, and totals the collection by category. It is the document an adjuster asks for, generated from records that already exist.
Estate and executor access
Designate an executor inside ArmoryAtlas. When the executor request process is completed, they receive a one‑time export of the inventory without ever having your master password, so the collection can be handled lawfully and without guesswork.
CSV for audits and backups
Export firearms, ammunition, accessories, or sessions as CSV with date and type filters. The same format imports back into ArmoryAtlas, which makes the export a complete, readable backup that is independent of the app.
Printable sheets
Print a compact inventory sheet to keep inside a safe or with your other important documents. It is the low‑tech backup for the day the phone is not available.
Frequently asked questions
- Are exported PDFs encrypted?
- PDFs can be generated with a password so they remain protected when shared with an insurer or attorney.
- Can my executor see my inventory today?
- No. The executor workflow releases a one‑time export only after the request process is completed. Until then the executor has no access to your data.
