Centralize optics, suppressors, magazines, and gear with linkage to firearms and logs.

The problem this solves

Optics, suppressors, lights, magazines, and holsters often cost more than the firearm they are mounted on, yet they rarely appear on any inventory list. When a rifle is sold or stolen, the scope goes with it and the loss is undocumented. When a suppressor changes hosts, nobody remembers which tax stamp belongs to it. ArmoryAtlas gives every accessory its own record and links it to the firearm it is installed on, so the full value and the full paperwork move together.

What you get

  • •Link accessories to firearms and sessions
  • •Service history and warranty reminders
  • •Serial + NFA fields where applicable
  • •Photos/documents for receipts and manuals
  • •Inventory status tags (installed/spare/retired)

Every accessory gets a record

Add optics, suppressors, magazines, lights, slings, holsters, and cases with purchase price, vendor, serial number where one exists, and photos. Receipts and manuals attach to the record and are encrypted like every other document in ArmoryAtlas.

Suppressors and other NFA items carry their tax stamp details and trust information so the paperwork is available at the range or when travelling.

Linked to the firearm it lives on

Mark an accessory as installed on a specific firearm and it appears on that firearm’s record and in its insurance summary. Move a red dot from one pistol to another and the history shows both. Spare and retired items stay in inventory with a status tag so the total value of the collection is never understated.

Warranties and service

Record warranty end dates and service events. A scope sent in for repair, a suppressor sent for a re‑core, or a light with a battery change interval all show up on the maintenance timeline next to the firearm work.

Frequently asked questions

Can I track which optic is on which rifle?
Yes. Each accessory has an installed‑on field. Changing it records the move, and the firearm page lists everything currently mounted.
Are accessories included in insurance reports?
Yes. Insurance summary PDFs list installed accessories under their firearm and spare accessories in their own section, with purchase prices and photos.
